The successful candidate will travel between properties to conduct inspections and perform necessary repairs. While some cleaning may be required, it will primarily be for the purposes of facilitating repairs. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct inspections to identify issues and needed repairs in various properties. - Perform general maintenance tasks - Door installations and repairs. - Lock changes and repairs. - Wall repairs and painting. - Fence repairs. - Ensure all work meets high-quality standards and is completed in a timely manner. - Maintain a clean and safe work environment. - Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used Requirements: 1.
