Position: CQC Registered Manager – Domiciliary Care Agency (Home Care)
We are a newly established domiciliary care provider in [leyland/ England e.g. Preston] seeking an experienced and qualified Registered Manager to join and lead our service through CQC registration and growth.
Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
Previous experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance.
Responsibilities:
Lead CQC registration process.
Oversee care quality and service delivery.
Recruit, train, and support care staff.
Ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Salary/Contract: Competitive — full-time or part-time.
