What you'll be doing Running our market stall — serving customers, filling cannoli to order, handling cash and card. Working events, parties and private catering bookings. Restocking and keeping our warehouse in North London organised, checking deliveries and rotating stock. It's a mix of customer-facing and behind-the-scenes. No two weeks look the same. The hours, honestly Around 30 hours a week over 3 days on average. Most weeks follow a regular pattern: two days at our Kings Cross market, roughly 9:30am to 7:30pm, and one day in Chelsea, 9:30am to 4:30pm. They're long days, on your feet and mostly outdoors. Two things to be clear about. We cater events, which often come in at short notice, so we need someone who can pick up extra shifts when they land — usually weekends, sometimes evenings.
