What We’re Looking For: • Previous experience in a similar role (pubs, restaurants, or bars) is preferred but not essential. • A friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills. • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • A passion for Caribbean culture, cuisine, and providing excellent customer service. • Strong teamwork skills and the willingness to support colleagues across all areas of the pub. • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
