Midori London is seeking dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our brand’s growth and presence in the UK. In this role, you’ll develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that reflect Midori’s vibrant ethos and commitment to high-end craftsmanship. You’ll manage campaigns across digital channels, analyze performance, and work closely with cross-functional teams—including design, PR, and retail—to drive engagement, awareness, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement multi-channel marketing plans (digital, social, email, influencers, events);
Create compelling content and oversee campaign execution, ensuring alignment with brand identity;
Manage and optimise PPC, SEO, email, and social advertising to meet KPIs;
Analyze campaign performance, deliver insights, and iteratively improve ROI;
Coordinate product launches, in-store promotions, and partnerships;
Build and manage relationships with media, agencies, and brand collaborators;
Monitor market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive activity to shape strategy;
Manage marketing budgets and ensure spend efficiency;
Mentor junior marketing staff and foster a shared collaborative team approach;

Who are we looking for (qualifications, experience and skills)
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master’s or CIM/Chartered Institute of Marketing certification is a plus
Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience in marketing roles—ideally within retail, fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors; experience managing end-to-end campaigns
Skills:
Strong digital marketing expertise: SEO, PPC (Google Ads/Facebook), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or Klaviyo)
Excellent communication skills, tailored to target audiences
Highly analytical mindset, capable of using tools like Google Analytics to draw actionable insights
Solid project management abilities with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple initiatives
Creative problem-solving and proactive approach; comfortable working collaboratively and independently
Event planning experience (pop-ups, influencers, launches) is a strong advantage
Software proficiency: Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Suite (or ability to work with creative team), and basic HTML/CSS
