Massage Therapist

We have an excellent opportunity for a well- qualified massage therapist (minimum level 4) to join our team on a self- employed basis. We are a busy, well established, multidisciplinary practice and require someone initially for 2 to 3 sessions a week. Our dynamic team of physiotherapists / osteopaths / podiatrists/psychologists/doctor and massage therapists work closely together six days a week including evenings, in a friendly environment, in a popular residential area. We are looking for a committed, self motivated and personable therapist who enjoys working in a team. Most of your patients will expect deep tissue/sports massage as our massage team very much provides a remedial service , supporting the physiotherapists and osteopaths, in rehabilitation programmes. In addition you will provide massage for general well-being. Alongside our musculoskeletal services we are a specialist centre for women’s health, therefore experience in pregnancy massage is desirable for this opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 4 VTCT Laser Certificate and demonstrate proficiency in operating this advanced laser technology. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough consultations with clients to assess their suitability for laser hair removal treatments and address their concerns. 2. Perform precise and effective laser hair removal procedures using the Candela GentleMax Pro system, tailored to each client's unique needs. 3. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and regulatory standards to ensure the safety and well-being of clients and staff. 4. Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions to optimize results and enhance client satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate treatment records and client profiles with meticulous attention to detail. 6. Collaborate closely with the boutique team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. 7. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements through ongoing training and professional development. 8. Assist with administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling, phone inquiries, and inventory management as needed. Requirements: 9. Experience as a Laser Technician, with specific expertise in operating the Candela GentleMax Pro system. 10. Possession of a Level 4 VTCT Laser Certificate or equivalent certification is essential. 11. Proven track record of delivering outstanding results and exceptional client satisfaction in laser hair removal treatments. 12. Comprehensive understanding of laser physics, skin biology, and hair growth cycles. 13. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for delivering personalised client care. 14.
