• Want to enter a new industry.
• Need to understand what employers are looking for.
• Want to prepare for interviews or recruitment processes.
• Would like to hear from someone who has worked at a specific company.
• Know where they want to go but don't know how to get there.

Your role is simply to share practical, honest advice based on your own professional experience.
You won't be expected to teach classes or prepare structured courses.
It's about having conversations, answering questions, and helping people better understand the career path they're considering.

What can you share as a mentor?

For example, you could talk about:

• What a typical day in your profession looks like.
• Which qualifications and skills truly matter.
• How you entered your industry.
• What employers usually look for in candidates.
• Your experience working at particular companies.
