Responsibilities:
Property Management: Assist in managing operation tasks, ensuring high standards of client service across multiple sites.
Guest Services: Assisting guests with daily tasks as requested, conducting check-ins personally if needed, including after-hours and weekends as required.
Feedback Monitoring: Monitoring guests feedback and performance data to enhance engagement and retention.
Complaint Management: Handle guest and owner complaints effectively to ensure consistent satisfaction.
Inventory & Quality Control: Conduct regular inventory checks and quality control assessments.
Vendor Coordination: Work with key vendors and manage cleaning personnel to maintain high service standards.
Field Work: Deliver stocks from storage to different locations, travelling across London (East, West, South, and North).
Maintenance Tasks: Perform regular maintenance jobs, including preventative maintenance.
Inspection & Safety: Inspect apartments and equipment for maintenance needs, safety, and functionality. Follow safety protocols when handling hazardous materials.
Safety Culture Reports: Complete safety culture reports on the same day as guest check-outs to ensure immediate and accurate documentation.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and manage orders for parts and supplies.
Health & Safety: Support compliance with health and safety regulations and assist in developing environmental policies.
Requirements:
Educational Background: Degree in Hospitality or a related field.
Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Availability: Willingness to work weekends and travel frequently across London
Experience: No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Personal Traits: Must be adaptable and able to perform fieldwork.
Additional Information:
This role involves approximately 90% fieldwork and requires frequent travel across various locations in London.
Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates who meet the job requirements.
