Position with Our Parks: FREELANCE YOGA OR PILATES INSTRUCTOR NEEDED We are looking for genuine enthusiastic coaches who care about their community to deliver mass group exercise sessions in Local Parks Organisation: Our Parks Ltd Hourly rate: £25 per hour Hours: 1 - preferably 9:30am Saturday Location: Wimbledon, Greater London This is a Freelance position with no contract and pay will be monthly. On receipt of the requested documents, applicants will be invited to an online audition via zoom. All applicants should be available to deliver group sessions on weekday mornings, evenings and 10am and weekend mornings. They will have the experience to deliver sessions to various groups in the community, whether it is outside in local parks or inside community venues. We are excited to be recruiting for an enthusiastic Lifeguard for our Health Club Job purpose: To monitor and supervise aquatic activities, including overseeing swimmer safety, rescue operations and staying alert to changing water conditions Main duties and responsibilities: · Supervising swimming activities at the aquatic centre and making sure that safety procedures, guidelines and policies are followed. · Warning of unsafe activities and enforcing water safety policies and pool regulations. · Providing first aid in the event of injury, rescuing swimmers in danger or distress and administering Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or artificial respiration, if necessary. · Assessing conditions for safety and coming up with an action plan for aquatics emergency. · Inspecting pool equipment, facilities and water to make sure they are usable and safe. · Supervising and assisting in cleaning equipment and facilities. · Opening and closing the pool each day, depending on schedule and hours. · Instructing or assisting classes in fundamentals of swimming · Resolving scheduling conflicts to make sure the pool environment is safe. Health & Safety: Ensure all training practices adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols. Qualifications: Certification: Level 3 Personal Training certification is required. Experience: Experience working with pre and post-partum clients is preferred. Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and inspire clients. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client schedules.
