Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting the Head Chef in the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for supervising kitchen staff, managing food preparation, and maintaining food safety standards as well as organising kicthen recipes and manage kitchen stock.
