Key Responsibilities:
- Receive training to generate new business opportunities.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenant queries.
- Ensure timely collection of rent and payments.
- Oversee daily property operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections to maintain property standards.
- Manage administrative tasks, including updating property records and lease documentation.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve urgent issues.
- Foster strong tenant relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Negotiate and review costs to maximize efficiency.
- Maintain communication with directors, escalating issues when necessary.
- Receive training as an Inventory Clerk and earn extra income per report.
Requirements:
- Keen to learn new knowledge of property management and relevant legislation.
- Become Familiar with property management software
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with great attention to detail.
- Experience in residential property management/lettings is preferred, but candidates with a strong customer service background and a passion for property will also be considered.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £12,000 per annum.
- Commission: 10% on both sales and lettings.
- Additional Earnings: Paid per inventory report completed.
- Career Growth: After 6-month probation, promotion, salary increase, and higher commission rates. Long-term opportunity to grow into a senior management role.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM
- Saturday: 10 AM – 3 PM
