We are looking for a reliable and professional Receptionist & Administrator to join our team.


This is a key role within the business, ideal for someone who is organised, confident on the phone, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Answering and handling incoming phone calls in a polite and professional manner
  • Managing schedules and coordinating team workloads
  • Organising and maintaining paperwork and records
  • Assisting with invoicing, payments, and basic financial administration
  • Supporting day-to-day office operations

Requirements:



  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Basic understanding of payments/invoicing (training can be provided)
  • Friendly, professional attitude
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role

    Job Summary We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team.
