You will be the heart of a vibrant, brand-new corporate building, responsible for setting the standard for a truly boutique, personalised service experience - a level of care unmatched anywhere else.


Your Mission: Creating Unforgettable Days
Your purpose is to ensure every person who walks through the door feels valued, anticipated, and completely taken care of. Key responsibilities include:


  • Move-In Concierge: Seamlessly assisting new tenants as they move in, ensuring a smooth and genuinely welcoming transition.
  • Daily Excellence: Proactively anticipating needs and ensuring tenants and their guests have everything required for the smooth running of their day.
  • Shared Facilities Management: Expertly overseeing and managing the building’s exciting shared amenities, including a co-working area, roof terrace, and gym.
  • Personalised Service: Creating memorable, bespoke experiences for everyone who uses the building - you live and breathe customer service and know how to turn a great day into an exceptional one.

Who We Need
We are seeking a candidate with a bubbly personality and the proven ability to deliver service that goes above and beyond.


Essential Requirements (Must-Haves):

  • Extensive experience in a truly five-star environment (e.g., luxury hotels, high-end hospitality, or private members' clubs).
  • A proven track record of delivering top-notch service and bespoke, personalised customer care.
  • Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
