As a Restaurant Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of operations and service delivery. You will help lead shifts, support the team, and ensure a consistently high standard of guest experience. As this role will run shifts in a managerial capacity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting daily operations and service standards
  • Leading shifts and coordinating floor, bar, and gastro teams
  • Ensuring excellent guest experience and smooth service flow
  • Supporting training, onboarding, and team development
  • Assisting with reservations, rotas, and service planning
    ·Able to work rotating shift patterns which includes earlies and lates

About You

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or senior hospitality role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track of managing and motivating teams
  • Guest-focused, organised, and proactive approach
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Passion for hospitality and team development
    Salary & Benefits
  • £42,000 – £45,000 per annum (a combination of basic salary and service charge)
