Big Mamma is an Italian group founded in 2015 by Tigrane Seydoux and Victor Lugger. Our wish is to share the authenticity and warmth of traditional Italian trattorias abroad. All produce is directly sourced from small Italian producers, and dishes are 100% homemade, served at affordable prices, beautifully designed spaces, and with a big smile. Our strength lies in four values: meritocracy, authenticity, excellence, and entrepreneurship. They accompany us every day in our ultra-dynamic growth. Every day, more than 10,000 customers visit 26 unique Big Mamma restaurants throughout Europe (France, Principality of Monaco, Spain, UK, Germany and Italy) and soon on the Moon! We are a team of almost 2,200 employees, still growing, with new openings across Europe. Ave Mario Restaurant is a 7500 sq ft pure paradise in Covent Garden, inspired by an idyllic day in a Florence Church and managed by a squadra of 120 people.
