You'll need to be confident using the Collins booking system, have a good eye for detail and be comfortable dealing with guests, large group enquiries and private hires. The role also includes supporting with local marketing, social media and growing our presence in the area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong marketing background in the hospitality or restaurant industry, who also has a flair for business development and enjoys building B2B relationships in hospitality. You’ll be responsible for promoting both our restaurants and catering services, conducting market research, and managing sales and marketing activities from end to end.
