Working 5 days / 2 days off Split Shifts with Break between Lunch and Dinner (3PM to 5:30PM) Duties: - Greet guests and escort them to their tables - Present menus and provide detailed information about our food and beverage offerings - Take accurate food and drink orders from guests - Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on them throughout their meal - Upsell additional items, such as desserts or specialty drinks, to enhance the dining experience - Process payments and provide accurate change - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders - Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations Pay 600£/Week + Tips

Provide attentive, efficient service to customers. Assess employee performance and provide helpful feedback and training opportunities. Resolve conflicts or complaints from customers and employees. Monitor business activity and ensure it is properly provisioned and staffed. Analyse information and processes and develop more effective or efficient processes and strategies. Establish and achieve business and profit objectives. Maintain a clean, tidy business, ensuring that signage and displays are attractive. Generate reports and present information to upper-level managers or other parties. Ensure staff members follow company policies and procedures.​ Other duties to ensure the overall health and success of the business.
