About the Role Caffè Concerto is looking for a confident, commercially minded and customer-focused Cake Studio Telesales Executive. This is not simply a call-answering role. You will be responsible for turning customer enquiries into sales, understanding cake requirements, advising customers on the right product and price, and working closely with our chefs and cake production team to make sure orders are clear, achievable and profitable. What you'll be doing Running our market stall — serving customers, filling cannoli to order, handling cash and card. Working events, parties and private catering bookings. Restocking and keeping our warehouse in North London organised, checking deliveries and rotating stock. It's a mix of customer-facing and behind-the-scenes. No two weeks look the same. The hours, honestly Around 30 hours a week over 3 days on average. Most weeks follow a regular pattern: two days at our Kings Cross market, roughly 9:30am to 7:30pm, and one day in Chelsea, 9:30am to 4:30pm. They're long days, on your feet and mostly outdoors.
