The role We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Sales Assistant to join our Camden team full-time. You’ll look after customers on the shop floor, keep the stock room organised and keep the store looking its best. What you’ll do • Greet and serve customers, help them find the right style and size, and process sales and returns at the till, • Keep the stock room organised so any size can be found quickly, • Receive deliveries, check them against paperwork, then unpack, label and store them, • Replenish the shop floor and keep the display walls full, • Keep the shop clean, tidy and well presented all day, • Help with stock counts and other store tasks when needed What we’re looking for • Retail or customer service experience, ideally in footwear or fashion (not essential, as full training is given), • A friendly, confident manner with customers, • Organised and comfortable with physical work: lifting boxes, climbing ladders, being on your feet all day, • Reliable and punctual, • Able to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota, • An interest in footwear and sneaker culture is a plus
