Roles and responsibilities: Assisting in social media platforms management: Instagram: planning, scheduling, posting content; writing engaging captions and using relevant hashtags; engaging with other relevant accounts to increase engagement; researching relevant influencers for potential collaborations Creating relevant content in line with brand guidelines, that can be used across social media accounts Facebook: Posting content regularly posting in relevant groups and engaging with potential clients online; connecting and engaging with other accounts TikTok: managing the company TikTok account, creating videos, posting and engaging with followers and potential customers. Knowledge of how the platform works and how to make professional and engaging videos is essential. Developing and planning a marketing strategy specifically for this platform that will be discussed with a supervisor before implementation. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, enabling effective communication with clients and partners across both markets.
