Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and carriers. Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required, enabling effective communication with clients and partners across both markets. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
