We’re looking for a Line Chef to join our kitchen team on a permanent basis at Mina’s in Belgravia. Duties include: • Prepping ingredients for service., • Following recipes., • Cooking and preparing dishes to a high standard., • Cleaning stations, surfaces, and general kitchen areas., • Washing up and assisting with kitchen porter (KP) duties as needed., • Following the kitchen cleaning schedule and maintaining a hygienic work environment., • Labelling and storing ingredients to meet health and safety standards., • Ensuring ingredient labels are up-to-date. We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, and a team player. Previous experience as a line chef is preferred, but not essential. We care far more about attitude, reliability and being a solid team player than formal training or years in professional kitchens. You should genuinely enjoy cooking, feel comfortable using basic kitchen equipment, and be happy working in a fast-paced team environment. We’re not looking for a fully trained or highly experienced chef, we’re looking for someone hands-on, positive, and willing to learn and grow with us.
