Looking for Sous Chef for a new opening Italian Restaurant Osteria Fiorentina in Chelsea.
You will work alongside Head Chef to manage daily kitchen activities including :
  • Overseeing staff,
  • Aiding with menu preparation,
  • Ensuring food quality and freshness,
  • Monitoring ordering and stocking.
  • Provides meal quality and consistency by following designated recipes.


    You should be able to delegate tasks to kitchen staff to ensure meals are prepared in a timely manner. Also, you should be familiar with sanitation regulations.






You must have experiences with Italian Cuisine and similar role.
Full time position, salary from £38K up to £40K based on experiences plus bonus.
Restaurant will be open in a month time.
