Schedule and manage shifts, ensuring adequate staffing levels for peak hours. Provide coaching and performance evaluations to maintain high team morale and efficiency. Address employee concerns and maintain open communication within the team. Customer Service & Satisfaction Ensure outstanding customer service, handling complaints and resolving issues promptly. Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience. Develop and maintain relationships with regular customers and the local community. Financial & Sales Performance Monitor sales, revenue, and profitability, identifying areas for improvement. Implement strategies to increase customer traffic, average spend, and repeat business. Work with marketing and promotions to attract new customers and enhance brand visibility. Compliance & Administration Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations, and labor laws. Maintain accurate financial records, including payroll, budgets, and sales reports. Collaborate with senior management or owners to set goals and achieve business objectives.
