Trains and guides till staff on cash-handling procedures and customer service
Keeps financial and shop records up to date, including daily cash reports and till reconciliations
Follows and enforces cash-handling and security procedures to reduce losses and errors Oversees the presentation of products, offers, and promotional displays at the checkout area
Authorises refunds, exchanges, or adjustments in line with store policies
Reports any cash differences, operational problems, or staff issues to the Store Manager
Works closely with the manager to solve problems and keep store operations running smoothly same exact write nicely
