New Car Sales Executive \n Enfield (EN1) \n £26,000 pa, OTE £52,000 pa + Company Car \n \n Join Our Team at Renault Retail Group Enfield \n We’re looking for an experienced New Car Sales Executive to join our welcoming, customer-focused team on Crown Road. \n Our modern showroom features the latest Renault and Dacia vehicles, including electric, hybrid, and family-friendly models. You’ll be working in a supportive environment where clear communication, professionalism, and positive customer experiences shape everything we do. \n What You’ll Do \n\n • Engage with customers in the showroom and understand their needs.\n, • Present new Renault and Dacia vehicles, including electric and hybrid models.\n, • Arrange and conduct customer test drives.\n, • Introduce finance and insurance products in a clear, FCA-compliant way.\n, • Use Keyloop Showroom to manage enquiries, update CRM records, prepare quotations, create sales orders, process part-exchanges, and schedule handovers.\n, • Maintain accurate follow-up actions through Keyloop’s integrated tools to support timely customer communication.\n, • Use CitNOW to record and share personalised vehicle videos, provide live walk-arounds, and communicate through its two-way messaging features.\n, • Manage customer engagement and lead responses through Keyloop’s digital lead management tools, ensuring enquiries are responded to promptly.\n, • Support customers from first enquiry through to final handover with a helpful, organised, and professional approach.\n\n What We’re Looking For \n\n • Recent experience in motor retail sales, ideally within a main dealer.\n, • A clear communicator with a calm, helpful, and professional manner.\n, • Comfortable working with transparent and achievable sales targets.\n, • Organised and customer-focused, with confidence when presenting vehicles, finance options, and additional products.\n, • Able to work confidently with digital systems, including CDK Drive, Keyloop Showroom and CitNOW, or transferable dealership software experience.\n, • Experience presenting finance and product options in line with FCA expectations, including structured discussions around vehicle price, part-exchange valuations, customer budgets, and product choices.\n\n Driving Licence Requirement \n A full UK driving licence is essential for conducting customer test drives and for eligibility for the company car scheme. Both manual and automatic-only licences can be considered. \n Hours & Pay \n Working hours (rota basis): \n\n • 2-week rotation (5 days / 6 days)\n, • 4 weekdays between Monday–Friday: 8:30am–6:00pm\n, • Saturdays: 8:30am–5:00pm\n, • Alternate Sundays: 10:00am–4:00pm\n, • All full-day shifts (Monday through Saturday) include a 1-hour break; Sunday operates as a shorter continuous shift\n\n Pay: \n\n • £26,000 pa basic salary\n, • OTE £52,000 pa - achievable, regularly reached and uncapped.
