Flexibility is required to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-in shifts where necessary. Desirable experience and qualifications • Experience working with young people, care leavers or vulnerable adults., • Experience in supported accommodation, residential care, youth work or social care., • A Level 3 qualification in Children and Young People, Health and Social Care, or a related subject., • Knowledge of safeguarding, contextual safeguarding, exploitation and trauma-informed practice., • Experience completing keywork sessions, risk assessments and support plans., • A full UK driving licence.
