    Service Cordinator: Location: Bromley, Kent Hours: 8:00am – 4:00pm or 9:00am – 5:00pm Salary: £30,000 – £34,000 per annum (depending on experience) About Us We are a well-established air conditioning and HVAC company based in Southeast London, operating since 2013. Our continued success is built on delivering high-quality service and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients. The Role We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role responsible for coordinating air conditioning installations, maintenance, and repair works. You will act as the key link between customers, engineers, and suppliers—ensuring all jobs are efficiently scheduled, resourced, and completed to a high standard. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule HVAC engineers for servicing of air conditioning systems Act as the first point of contact for customer and engineer queries via phone and email Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and GDPR-compliant records Monitor job progress from initial booking through to completion and invoicing Meet job timelines Prepare and issue quotations and invoices (using Xero) Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide updates Produce and complete RAMS and Permits where required using standard templates Follow up on outstanding quotations, reports, and remedial works Ensure service delivery meets company standards and client expectations Update tracker spreadsheets Provide F-Gas certification when required for clients Skills & Experience Previous experience in a Service Coordinator / Scheduler / Repairs Coordinator role (ideally within HVAC, construction, or building services) Strong communication skills with confidence handling customer and engineer interactions Proven ability to schedule workloads and manage changing priorities Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail Ability to work independently and use initiative in a fast-paced environment Experience preparing and following up on quotations is desirable Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, SharePoint) Commercial awareness with a focus on efficiency and cost control Positive, flexible, and team-oriented approach What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Opportunities for career progression within a growing company 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Company pension scheme (following probation) Supportive, friendly, and collaborative working environment
