Technical Fundraising & Digital Skills • Digital Campaign Strategy — designing and running multi-platform campaigns (social media, email, ads, live streams), • CRM & Donor Platforms — experience with systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Beacon, Donorbox, or NationBuilder, • Email Marketing & Automations — building funnels, journeys, segmentation, and automated donor flows, • Content Creation — storytelling, copywriting, short-form content, and social media assets, • A/B Testing & Optimisation — data-driven experimentation to maximise conversions, • Landing Page & Funnel Building — understanding of UX, calls-to-action, and supporter journeys, • Analytics & Reporting — Google Analytics, Meta insights, dashboards, and campaign performance tracking, • SEO & Organic Traffic Strategy (bonus but very valuable), • Basic Design or Template Editing — Canva, Figma, or similar tools, • Understanding of Digital Safeguarding & Ethical Fundraising Standards Soft Skills & Creative Talents • Strong copywriting and narrative development, • Ability to translate complex social issues into compelling digital content, • Creative campaign ideation and thematic planning, • Audience engagement and community-building instincts, • High organisational skills and comfort working with multiple deadlines, • Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools fast, • Collaborative mindset and comfort working with tech teams, comms teams, and volunteers What will you be doing? Key Tasks • Establish and run online fundraising campaigns across social platforms, email, live streams, and community networks, • Help build the online infrastructure for the Volunteer Fundraising Ambassador Programme, including toolkits, digital scripts, social media assets, and onboarding materials, • Develop donor journeys, automation flows, and campaign funnels that convert supporters into recurring donors, • Analyse campaign performance, track KPIs, and present clear data reports to the Senior Fundraising Manager, • Work with the Digital Infrastructure Team to integrate donation forms, CRM systems, email platforms, and dashboards, • Support creative storytelling—producing digital content that is ethical, trauma-informed, powerful, and community-centred, • Stay updated with digital fundraising trends and tools to ensure our campaigns remain innovative and scalable Ideal For Creative, analytical individuals who love blending digital strategy, humanitarian impact, and storytelling to mobilise communities online.
