What You’ll Do • Support users of our solutions - both clients and internal teams., • Handle the configuration and setup of software products., • Manage your workload proactively and contribute to our knowledge base., • Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate on resolutions., • Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication., • Spot opportunities for improvement or potential sales leads.
