The Role – Front of House Team Member As the face of our business, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every customer. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing excellent, friendly, and professional customer service, • Taking customer orders accurately (in-person and via phone/online platforms), • Handling cash and card payments responsibly, • Managing and responding promptly to online delivery orders (Uber Eats, Just Eat and other platforms), • Checking online tickets carefully for accuracy and coordinating with the kitchen team, • Packaging delivery orders neatly and efficiently to maintain food quality and presentation, • Liaising professionally with delivery drivers to ensure smooth collections, • Serving food efficiently while maintaining presentation standards, • Supporting with food cooling, proper storage, and stock rotation (FIFO), • Assisting with stock organisation and inventory checks, • Maintaining the cleanliness of the front counter, food prep areas, and customer space, • Ensuring all health & safety and food hygiene standards are met, • Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, • Opening and closing duties when required
