Key Responsibilities: - Supervise and support the customer service team in handling inquiries and managing schedules. - Oversee booking management and maintain accurate records. - Schedule and book drivers and passenger assistants for various transport services. - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements in all records. - Manage customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely and effective resolution. - Assist in resolving issues related to bookings and transport services. - Enroll drivers and passenger assistants in required safeguarding courses, ensuring adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures. - Track course completions and renewals to ensure all staff are up to date with required training. - Prepare and submit regular reports on booking statistics, compliance status, and other relevant metrics. - Report any issues or discrepancies to the Director promptly. Qualifications and Experience: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven experience in a customer service or supervisory role. - Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Familiarity with safeguarding policies and procedures is preferred. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Relevant training or certification in safeguarding is advantageous.
