Job description Company Description The Garden Restaurants is a Street Food Company by Vegan Chef of the Year Nominee Chef Henry Hampshire. The Garden Restaurants has a fantastic 100% Vegan Street Food Menu which is a beautiful combination of all 5 of Chef Henry Hampshire's street food brands where we have pasta, bao buns, rice bowls, loaded fries & more to offer. We travel across the south of the country catering vegan street food at the UK's biggest music festivals. Job Summary We are seeking a passionate chef to join our festival catering team for our vegan street food company. We cater at multiple of the UK's biggest music festivals including Reading Festival. This job role is for a chef to join our team who can work in a fast-paced environment getting food out of the kitchen in a efficient manner whilst maintaining our high food standards. You will mainly be working on the pass getting food orders prepared for customers. Qualifications - Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role - Strong knowledge of food safety practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Ability to adapt to changing menus and dietary restrictions - Knowledge of restaurant operations and hospitality industry standards - Level 2 Hygiene Certificate (Preferred) If you are a talented Chef with passion, we would love to hear from you.
