Surbiton Racket & Fitness Club is an independent multisport health club where you can work in a friendly and vibrant atmosphere. The kitchen is open throughout the day, providing fresh cooked food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing great quality food on a day to day basis and for functions and events. The successful candidate will: -be passionate about serving good quality, fresh food. -lead service and be confident preparing a range of dishes -work with the catering manager to devise menus and plan for functions and events -Ensure that the cleaning of the kitchen and service areas are to the agreed standard -understand and comply with food hygiene regulations The shift pattern will be a range of daytime and evening service, with the latest finish time of 9:30pm, weekend work will also be required. Benefits include food whilst on duty and complementary membership to use the on site sports facilities and gym.
