Role Purpose The Salon Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of the salon, ensuring a seamless, high-quality guest experience, a motivated and well-presented team, tightly controlled stock, and strong footfall conversion from the departure lounge. This is a hands-on role: the Manager is expected to work on the treatment floor themselves as well as lead the team.
