    We are looking for an experienced and confident Floor Waiter Supervisor to join our busy pizzeria in Sidcup, Kent. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the front-of-house team, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining smooth floor operations, and supporting the management team during busy service periods. Key Responsibilities ● Supervise and coordinate the front-of-house/waiting team during service. ● Ensure customers receive friendly, professional and efficient service. ● Allocate tables and manage the flow of service. ● Support and guide waiting staff throughout each shift. ● Handle customer queries and resolve service issues professionally. ● Ensure tables, dining areas and front-of-house areas are kept clean and presentable. ● Assist with opening and closing procedures. ● Monitor staff performance and maintain high standards of service. ● Communicate effectively with the kitchen and management team. ● Help train and support new members of staff. ● Lead by example during busy and high-pressure services. Requirements ● Previous experience in a similar supervisory role is essential. ● Previous experience working in a restaurant, pizzeria or busy hospitality environment. ● Fluent spoken English is essential. ● Strong communication and customer service skills. ● Confident supervising and motivating a team. ● Reliable, organised and punctual. ● Able to remain calm and professional during busy services. ● Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays. ● A positive attitude and professional appearance.
