The expectation is 3 days per week in Luton and 2 days per week working across ongoing London sites. There is some flexibility around home working where genuinely required, but this isn't a role suited to someone looking for 2-4 days working from home each week. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being hands-on and visible within the business.
