About Us\n Priory Hospital Bristol is a specialist mental health and addiction treatment service, providing fast access to care for a range of psychiatric conditions and addictions. Your Role\n As a Senior Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will: \n\n • Provide high-quality, person-centred nursing care by assessing, planning, delivering, and regularly reviewing care plans in partnership with patients, families, and carers.\n, • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and external professionals, ensuring effective communication and accurate documentation.\n, • Take charge as Nurse in Charge, Bed Manager, or Site Coordinator when required, prioritizing and delegating duties to maintain a safe environment.\n, • Support and supervise junior, agency, and student nurses while contributing to clinical governance and quality improvement.\n, • Ensure compliance with safeguarding procedures, the Mental Capacity Act, and the NMC Code, while promoting positive outcomes for patients.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n Essential Qualifications: \n\n • Qualified Registered Adult Nurse with 6-12 months post-registration experience.\n, • Active NMC Registration and completion of preceptorship or equivalent program.\n\n Beneficial Experience: \n\n • Minimum 6-12 months post-registration experience within Mental Health/Learning Disability Nursing.\n, • Evidence of continued professional development in the relevant field.\nWhat We Offer\n At Priory, we want you to thrive in your role.
