This is a pivotal role for a driven operations leader who wants to make their mark. The Opportunity You will be the driving force behind site operations, setting standards, building capability, and creating a culture of accountability, pride, and genuine engagement. Expect to: • Lead and motivate all operational teams, creating focus, energy, and ownership at every level, whilst building a workplace where people feel valued, heard, and invested in the mission., • Champion employee engagement at every opportunity, fostering a collaborative culture where team members feel empowered to contribute ideas, take initiative, and take pride in their work., • Create meaningful opportunities for two-way communication and employee involvement through active listening, regular engagement forums, and transparent decision-making., • Build and sustain a strong QHSE culture, maintaining standards such as IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO45001, embedding safety and wellbeing as everyone's responsibility., • Drive continuous improvement using practical LEAN principles that deliver real-world results, with your teams at the heart of identifying and implementing improvements., • Take ownership of budgets, CAPEX, and cost efficiency, balancing operational delivery with commercial focus., • Strengthen relationships with customers and colleagues across the wider Eminox business., • Develop and mentor future leaders, ensuring the site's long-term capability, resilience, and a pipeline of engaged talent ready to grow. About You You might already be a Plant Manager, or you could be an experienced Operations Manager ready for the next stage of your career. Either way, you will have a strong understanding of manufacturing fundamentals and the ability to lead with confidence and impact. You will bring: • Experience within automotive or another fast-paced manufacturing environment., • Proven success in leading teams and improving KPIs across quality, delivery, and productivity, with evidence of building engaged, motivated workforces., • A genuine passion for employee engagement and team involvement, with demonstrated ability to create inclusive cultures where all voices are heard., • A practical understanding of LEAN and QHSE principles, with the ability to engage teams in continuous improvement initiatives., • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to balance cost, quality, and delivery., • A degree or equivalent in Engineering or Manufacturing preferred; IOSH or similar safety qualification desirable.
