We’re looking for a Specialist Support – Procurement & Fleet to join our team and play a key role in keeping two essential functions running smoothly and efficiently.\nThis role provides high-quality administrative, operational, and analytical support across both procurement and fleet activity. You’ll help maintain accurate records, support compliance, enable effective supplier management, and ensure our fleet runs safely, sustainably, and cost‑effectively.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\n🔧 Fleet Support\n\nManaging accurate vehicle records including insurance, MOTs, servicing, and compliance schedules.\nMonitoring fleet utilisation, fuel efficiency, and emissions, supporting ongoing optimisation work.\nOffering guidance to operational teams on transport requirements and policy compliance.\nSupporting the move towards low‑emission and electric vehicles.\nManaging telematics system administration and supplier relationships.\nLeading the review and reconciliation of fleet invoices to ensure accuracy and cost control.🛒 Procurement Support\n\nMaintaining supplier records, contract information, and compliance documentation.\nSupporting tender processes, quotation requests, and supplier onboarding.\nManaging catalogues and systems such as Coupa/VPS.\nRaising purchase orders for centrally negotiated contracts.\nAnalysing spend and supplier performance to identify cost-saving opportunities.🔍 Cross‑Functional & Financial Responsibilities\n\nEnsuring compliance across both procurement and fleet activities.\nProducing reports on KPIs, risks, and improvement opportunities.\nReconciling invoices, addressing discrepancies, and supporting vendor management.\nActing as the first point of contact for operational queries.\nContributing to process improvements, digitalisation initiatives, and continuous improvement.\nWhat You’ll Bring\n\nStrong organisational, analytical, and data‑management skills.\nExcellent Excel skills and familiarity with relevant systems (e.g., Coupa, telematics platforms).\nConfident communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.\nAbility to manage competing priorities with strong attention to detail.\nA proactive, solutions‑focused approach and a desire to improve processes.\nPrevious procurement and fleet experience.Desirable: CIPS qualification, ITIL Foundation, A‑Level or equivalent, or experience with financial analysis and supplier account management.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, problem‑solving, and improving ways of working.
