Performance Manager Salary: £47,000 per year + benefits Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm About the Role We are looking for a Performance Manager to oversee service quality and performance within a healthcare environment. You will analyse data, manage KPIs, and work closely with stakeholders to ensure services meet contractual standards. This role plays a key part in performance reporting, contract governance, and continuous service improvement. Key Responsibilities • Monitor and manage service performance against KPIs and contractual targets., • Analyse data and produce performance reports for management and healthcare stakeholders., • Investigate client complaints and provide recommendations., • Work with operational and healthcare teams to resolve complex service issues., • Support clinical governance and care initiatives., • Monitor work orders and service thresholds through CAFM systems., • Calculate monthly performance deductions and manage service availability reporting., • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality, and organisational policies., • Identify performance improvement and cost-saving opportunities using data insights., • Contribute to leadership meetings and support service improvement initiatives. What We’re Looking For • Degree-level education or equivalent experience., • Experience managing KPIs and contractual performance., • Background in healthcare, facilities management, or similar environments., • Experience using CAFM systems., • Strong data analysis skills and advanced Microsoft Excel capability., • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and manage multiple priorities., • Knowledge of HR policies and flexible working practices. Vetting Requirements This role requires membership of the PVG Scheme and completion of an Occupational Health Questionnaire.
