Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing a team of employees, and driving sales. Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the daily operations of the retail store - Ensure exceptional customer service is provided at all times - Train, motivate, and lead a team of retail associates - Set sales goals and develop strategies to achieve them - Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner - Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance the store's appearance - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees - Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations - Maintain a safe and clean working environment Qualifications: - UK bachelor degree or equivalent in any subject is desirable - Previous experience in retail management or site supervision is essential - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Proven ability to supervise and motivate a team - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management - Knowledge of retail management best practices - Multilingual abilities are a plus - If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for retail and possess the necessary qualifications, we invite you to apply for this position.
