Deputy Completion Manager Job Summary The Deputy Completion Manager will support the Completion Manager in overseeing all completion, commissioning, and handover activities for the East Anglia THREE (EA3) Offshore Wind Farm, ensuring all systems and packages are delivered safely, on time, and in compliance with UK regulations, project specifications, and industry standards. This role will play a key part in the successful system handover to operations, driving quality, safety, and schedule adherence across all project phases. Key Responsibilities -Inter-array and export cables -Offshore substation (OSS) -Wind turbine generators (WTGs) • Manage the implementation and tracking of the Completion Management System (CMS), ensuring accurate status reporting, documentation control, punch list management, and system readiness for handover., • Coordinate daily with key project stakeholders, including Tier 1 contractors, commissioning teams, package managers., • Monitor progress against specific commissioning and completion milestones, proactively resolving issues to prevent delays., • Ensure all works are delivered in compliance with UK HSE legislation, CDM Regulations, and safety policies., • Lead and participate in system walkdowns, punch list closeouts, and readiness for operations reviews., • Prepare and oversee the compilation and approval of completion and commissioning dossiers, handover certificates, and final documentation packages., • Deputise for the Completion Manager when required, representing the completion team at project meetings and during offshore activities., • Actively contribute to the project’s “Target Zero” safety culture and promote continuous improvement across all completion processes. Required Qualifications and Experience Essential: • Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or similar discipline) or equivalent relevant experience., • Minimum 5 years’ experience in offshore wind, oil & gas, or large infrastructure project completions/commissioning, preferably with UK offshore wind exposure., • Experience in offshore wind projects within the UK sector, with a strong preference for candidates familiar with Renewables processes., • Working knowledge of UK CDM Regulations, UK offshore construction standards, and completion best practices., • Proficient in the use of Completion Management Systems (such as PIMS, MCPlus, GoCompletions, or similar). Desirable: • Previous experience on Offshore Wind Projects, • Offshore certifications: GWO Basic Safety Training (BST), HUET, BOSIET, Chester Step Test., • Familiarity with Renewables project tools, reporting structures, and handover protocols. Working Conditions • Offshore rotation pattern in line with project requirements (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)., • Onshore office base likely in Lowestoft, with potential visits to fabrication yards or OEM sites., • Right to work in the UK.
