We’re looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing & eCommerce Lead who can set strategy, execute campaigns, create content, and directly drive awareness, traffic, conversion and repeat purchasing — both online and in-store. This is a high-impact role for someone entrepreneurial, creative, and excited to wear many hats. You’ll shape the brand, build the growth roadmap, and roll up your sleeves to make it happen. 🔑 What You’ll Lead Strategy & Growth • Set and execute the eCommerce and brand strategy to grow online and in-store sales., • Own the trading plan, promotional calendar and growth roadmap., • Identify new opportunities by analysing customer behaviour, competitors and market trends., • Define brand positioning, messaging and tone of voice across all channels. Content Creation & Campaign Execution You’ll personally create marketing content across the full funnel, including: • Website banners, landing pages and merchandising copy, • Product spotlights, guides and educational content, • Social posts, stories and reels, • Email campaigns (copy + layout), • Scripts/briefs for video, influencer and UGC content, • All while maintaining a consistent, clear and engaging brand voice In-Store Marketing • Produce in-store POS, signage, displays and video content., • Work closely with Operations to ensure flawless rollout and measure uplift. Acquisition (New Customer Growth) • Plan and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and Shopping campaigns for maximum ROI., • Lead SEO: landing page optimisation, content relevance, long-tail strategy., • Manage influencer, creator and YouTube partnerships. Conversion & Retention • Improve site conversion through CRO, navigation, product presentation and UX enhancements., • Own email & SMS: segmentation, lifecycle flows, loyalty, upsell and reactivation., • Build the repeat purchase engine through strong CRM execution. Analytics & Insights • Own reporting across traffic, CPA, ROAS, conversion and repeat rate., • Turn data into actionable insights to drive monthly improvements., • Forecast revenue impact of campaigns, promotions and optimisations.
