£28,000 – £32,000 per annum (depending on experience) • Company pension & healthcare scheme, • 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), • Financial loyalty bonus, • Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (office-based) The Role As a Works Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth coordination of jobs, engineers, and client communications. This is a fast-paced position where attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential. Key Responsibilities • Creating and raising jobs from sales handover documentation, • Scheduling engineers and ensuring maximum utilisation of resources, • Managing engineer diaries and allocating work effectively, • Reviewing and checking job paperwork on a daily basis, • Monitoring job progress and escalating issues where required, • Chasing outstanding paperwork and overdue jobs, • Issuing approved documentation and certificates to clients, • Verifying lab reports and ensuring accurate sample bookings, • Preparing jobs for invoicing, ensuring all details are correct, • Liaising with management on client queries, missed visits, and additional charges, • Handling incoming calls and directing enquiries appropriately, • Maintaining accurate records and confirming bookings with clients, • Producing weekly and historical reports to track job completion, • Supporting the team with general administrative tasks and queries What We’re Looking For • Strong organisational and time management skills, • Excellent communication and attention to detail, • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, • A proactive and team-oriented approach
