Due to continued growth within our Maritime division, we are looking to recruit a Crewing Officer (Junior Account Management) to support the team. Reporting to the Crewing Team Lead, you will join a dynamic, multinational team and play a key role in supporting the day-to-day crewing and administrative operations for our maritime clients. The Role As a Crewing Officer, you will provide vital support across the Maritime team, working closely with Account Managers to ensure the smooth coordination of crew logistics. This includes assisting with crew rotations, travel, visas, certification and compliance, as well as stepping in to provide cover when required. You will be part of the team responsible for managing placed candidates and ensuring all compliance and contractual requirements are met, while delivering an excellent service to both clients and crew. Key Responsibilities • Supporting Account Managers with day-to-day crewing and administrative tasks, • Liaising with new and returning crew, providing clear instructions on travel, accommodation, contract duration and certification requirements, • Administering crew rotation schedules and tracking missed flights or non-returns, • Identifying vacant crew positions and reviewing CVs to support resourcing needs, • Coordinating visas, travel arrangements and work rotas, • Cross-checking qualifications and certificates against client competence matrices, • Assessing and shortlisting candidates for client submission, • Issuing new starter documentation within 24 hours of client confirmation, • Responding to pay-related queries, liaising with payroll and umbrella providers, • Supporting candidates with course bookings and certification, • Maintaining accurate electronic records to ensure full compliance, • Responding to emergencies in a timely and professional manner, • Producing client reports using Cube19 and other WRS systems, • Providing cover for Account Managers during absence or leaveAbout You To be successful in this role, you will be highly organised, detail-focused and confident working in a fast-paced environment.
