We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee multiple small-to-medium residential projects from inception to completion. The role involves coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring high-quality, timely delivery of work. Reporting directly to the Director, candidates will ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain strong client relations. Key Responsibilities: • Manage projects from start to final handover., • Plan and execute construction schedules and logistics., • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure quality and efficiency., • Lead weekly progress meetings and report to the director., • Monitor costs, budgets, and project progress. Essential Criteria: • Significant experience in managing UK residential projects., • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills., • Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Greek, Albanian, or French are advantageous., • Familiarity with UK Health & Safety standards.
