Your day might include:\n\nBuilding positive, trusting relationships.\nSupporting people with the activities they enjoy at home and out in the community.\nHelping people develop independence and daily living skills.\nAssisting with meal preparation, personal care and medication.\nHelping people manage and maintain their homes.\n\nYou’ll be guided by each person’s support plan so they can live the life they choose.\n\nContract, hours & travel\n\nContracts available at 30 or 37.5 hours.\nFully flexible schedule required.\nShifts include weekends and bank holidays.\nYou must be willing to travel up to around one hour from your home to different locations.\nMileage reimbursement provided or Oyster card benefit available.\n\nTraining & development\n\nYou do not need previous experience. We provide full, paid training, including:\n\nManual handling and hoist use\nEpilepsy awareness\nMedication administration\nAll mandatory and specialist training\nOpportunities to gain diplomas and continued professional development\n\nSome people we support do not use words to communicate, and some use wheelchairs.
