As part of their expansion plan, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Direct Sales Manager to spearhead growth and elevate the business to new heights. Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, retail & government sectors and beyond. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders in the security industry, especially those on the panels of the top four security companies who sub contract. 2. Sales Strategy: - Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth. - Utilise existing industry contacts and networks to secure new business opportunities. 3.
