Oversee the daily operation of the takeaway, ensuring smooth and efficient service Manage staff rotas, recruitment, training, and performance supervision Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints professionally Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency Ensure full compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and local authority regulations Monitor stock levels, place orders, and control food and operational costs Manage cash handling, tills, daily takings, and basic financial reporting Coordinate with delivery platforms (e.g. online orders) to ensure timely and accurate dispatch Implement promotions and support sales growth Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and front-of-house areas.
